Andy Wins Gold at WKA world championships

Congratulations to our instructor Andy McCracken who has won the Gold Medal at the WKA World Championships in Spain on Saturday 31st October 2009.

I will update this post when we have more information to share.

    Hi guys sorry ive no been down last couple of weeks.
    got my op done. Rather painful although very small procedure.
    still uncomfortable but much better. knee still giving slight nip from last time when sparring with Johnny.Hopefully should be back next week. Heres hopein. Im totally climbing the walls just for a bit of decent exercise.

    SO HERE IT IS fANTASTIC JOB WALTER&AMY YOURE PATIENCE IS SECOND TO NONE.
