I have uploaded videos of the sets, all but Kay Boon Sau Fa & Jorn Sau have a reverse angle to them.

The video page is protected so you will need to have a username and password for this page. Please email me (davy at woskf.co.uk) and I will give you the link, a username  & a password.

Billy is going to try and get these onto a disc for some students, if they want to have them.

Note: the videos are not performed perfectly, they are slowed down, but they are just to be used as a training aid, they are in no means meant to teach you how to do it properly.

on a side note, if any student would like a woskf.co.uk email address just email me, and I will set it up and give you the details on how to set up your email client, I have about 20 email addresses left

Deklyn Bain who trains at the Dumbarton club recently succeeded in gaining his black belt in Kickboxing, this makes him WOSKF’s first junior black belt. Deklyn has always shown a natural ability in martial arts but it is his enthusiasm and determination which has seen him progress through the grades. Deklyn has a great attitude towards training and has great discipline. He also has a song for every occasion the only complaint I have about this is I wish he would get better taste in music as I end up singing it for the rest of the week!! Deklyn’s ability and determination has not gone unnoticed and head instructor Andy McCracken has invited Deklyn to train in the adult Kung Fu class.

Well done on this great achievement Deklyn!!!

From,

Amy, all the little panthers and everyone at kung fu X
